At Soagro, our priority is that you feel satisfied with your purchases and supported by our service. That?s why?along with the legal warranties and those offered by product manufacturers?we provide you with additional benefits to ensure your satisfaction, making it easy to replace or return any items as necessary.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If the product you purchased fails to fully meet your needs, or you prefer a different one simply because you changed your mind, don?t worry; you can replace or return it without any issues.

Our Satisfaction Guaranteed promise allows you to replace or return your product up to 30 days after the delivery date by sending your request to servicioalcliente@soagro.co. All you need to do is ensure that the product you would like to replace or return is unused, with all its accessories, in its original packaging, and includes any promotional cost-free items associated with the purchase.

LEGAL WARRANTIES AND BENEFITS BY THE MANUFACTURER

If the product you purchased does not conform with the reported technical specifications, or is damaged or incomplete, don?t worry. We can have it replaced immediately.

In addition, if an item is defective or malfunctions within 3 months of the delivery date, you may choose to have it repaired free of charge or replaced, provided that the product is not damaged due to mishandling by the customer. You can report your case by email at servicioalcliente@soagro.net.

If your product is covered by a manufacturer?s warranty, its term will apply if such term is longer. However, if the product is perishable or naturally intended to be used or consumed within a short period, the return period will be applied as printed on the product, on its packaging, or otherwise within a term of 7 days. All of the above timeframes shall be suspended while the good is being repaired (due to the application of its warranty) and until such repair is completed.

 

When is a fault or defect considered to have occurred?

A fault or defect will be considered in the following cases:

  1. a) If products subject to mandatory safety or quality standards fail to meet the relevant specifications
  2. b) If the materials, parts, components, elements, substances, or ingredients that constitute or make up the products differ from the specifications displayed or listed on the label
  3. c) If any product, due to deficiencies in manufacture, workmanship, materials, parts, components, elements, substances, ingredients, structure, quality, or health-related conditions, where appropriate, are not thoroughly suitable for the use or consumption for which the item is intended or for which the supplier has expressly advertised the item
  4. d) If the supplier and consumer had agreed that the products covered by the contract must meet certain specifications that were not properly honored
  5. e) If, after the first time the warranty has been used and the respective technical service has been provided, the deficiencies which render the item unsuitable for use or consumption, as referred to in clause (c), persist. This right shall survive in the event of another deficiency, if different from the one given as reason for the first technical service, or if the same issue reoccurs, within the time limits provided in the following clause
  6. f) If the product covered by the contract displays defects or hidden malfunctions that render it unusable for the regularly intended purpose

WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING FEE DEPEND ON?

The price of your shipment depends on the size of your product, destination, method of dispatch, and origin of the product.

Note: Given the fact that most of our products are hand-held tools, the forwarder company usually charges for shipping based on volume, not weight.
